Trading cards are collector's items. There is generally no statutory right of withdrawal or return in our shop.
A return or refund is only possible in the case of:

shipping damage

incorrect delivery (e.g., wrong item)

demonstrably defective goods
Exclusion of Returns
Returns of opened, unsealed, or used items are excluded.
This applies in particular to boosters, displays, boxes, and all other sealed trading card products.
Complaints (Damage / Error)
Please contact us by email within 5 days of receipt.
Photos of the goods and packaging help us to process your request quickly.
We will check the case as soon as possible and find a suitable solution.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer generally bears the return shipping costs.
In the event of shipping damage or incorrect delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs or find a suitable solution.
Refund
After reviewing the case, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
